I didn’t take this shot but this is a photo of Godfather’s Pizza. I didn’t take a photo when I had it and I plan on never eating it again so this will do (thanks google). While on tour during the Summer of 2010 we had Godfathers Pizza in Nashville, TN and let me tell you this was the worst pizza I have ever had in my life. First off, it’s a chain pizzeria so right off the bat it’s bound to suck. Second, it’s Tennessee so I wasn’t expecting anything great. Everything about this pizza tastes and probably is fake. I remember feeling like complete shit after which never happens. It’s been almost two years and I will never forget this horrid pizza experience. How this is a surviving chain beats the hell out of me. It is actually kind of sad that people outside the tristate consider pizza like this (as well as Dominoes, Papa Johns, and Pizza Hut) GOOD pizza. Some torture. The founder, former GOP runner Herman Cain is definitely a pizza clown. Also I believe their slogan is “Pizza you cannot refuse”. Well, this is a pizza you must refuse.

…how can something as dumb as a shitty pizza review offend me on such a grand scale? Firstly, I don’t know many Tennesseans that consider chain pizza joints as ‘GOOD pizza’. We may eat them because they’re cheap and/or we’re drunk but no one is claiming those are the best pizza joints around. Secondly, I rate Paul 5/5. In pretension, that is.
